About ECA Technology


Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA), also known as electrochemical activating solution.


ECA technology works on a simple principle: 0.5 – 0.8% dilute brine is electrolyzed in a reactor which consists of two chambers separated by a semipermeable membrane. Electrolysis must use a high-tech electrolytic core system to control redox content, electrochemical energy, pH level and other factors.

The solution after passing through the reactor will create two types, these two have very different properties. In the reaction compartment containing the anodes, the solution called ANOLYTE has very strong oxidizing and disinfecting properties. In the reaction compartment containing the cathodes, the solution called CATOLYTE is detergent.

  1. CONTROL HOCL CONTENT

    Most of the systems using ECA technology in the world today have not yet controlled and adjusted the HOCL acid content. This leads to instability in the application of solutions in industrial operations, as well as in everyday life.

    With a team of scientists with many years of experience in the field of electrochemical activation, the electrochemical solution produced from Sanodyna's system ensures complete optimization of HOCL acid and adjusts the HOCL content according to the requirement of customers..

  2. CUSTOMIZE THE PH LEVEL

    Similar to the active HOCL, the PH index is also one of the important factors determining the effectiveness of the solution, most of the current production systems do not control the PH index, which greatly affects the quality and stability of the solution.

    After researching and testing many times, Sanodyna has successfully optimized the PH index in the solution, in addition to customizing the PH level to suit many areas of life.

  3. PRODUCTION CONTROLS


    With the aim of ensuring the maximum possible risks when operating the system in a variety of conditions and environments, Sanodyna System is equipped with a system of monitoring, recording operation data, updating and operating the system remotely. From there, we can control the risks that may happen to our customers

  4. LONG-TERM USE

    After optimizing all of the indicators of solution through the production system, making a perfect electrochemical water solution that has a longer shelf life compared to low-tech electrochemical water is obvious.
    Through many tests, the electrochemical water made by Sanodyna can last up to 12 months in a cool, room temperature storage environment.

  5. ABSOLUTE SAFETY

    With 99.98% electrochemical water and 0.02% HOCL acid, Sanodyna solution is absolutely safe for everyone, including children.

ABOUT HOCl

Hypochlorous acid is naturally produced by white blood cells in the blood of all mammals. This acid plays an important role in the immune system when it comes to killing pathogens through oxidation and chlorination.

Hypochlorous acid can be produced by electrolysis. Electrolysis is a technique that uses direct current to control non-instantaneous chemical reactions. Electrolytic cells can produce a solution of free chlorine (chlorine) by passing an electric current through a solution of NaCl (table salt) and water. Oxidizers of hypochlorous acid (HOCL) and hypochlorite (OCl-) are formed at the anode. If the solution is from weak acid to neutral, hypochlorous acid dominates the free chlorine solution.
